The CORE 20 Anniversary Gala to be held Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at the Scarboro Community Hall

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS NOW CLOSED AS OF NOVEMBER 5. EVENT IS FULL.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please read the information on the CORE members Event Calendar before completing your registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important Instructions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Members and non-member guests registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please submit a form for each person attending, as as there is a choice of menu selection.<\/p>\n

For members bringing a non-member guest, please fill out and submit both the members’ form and the guest form, as there is a different cost for non-members of CORE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deadline for registration is November 5<\/strong>.\u00a0 If you are mailing in your RSVP with cash\/cheque to the\u00a0CORE mailing address<\/a>, please allow sufficient time for the RSVP to be received.<\/p>\n

Costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

CORE Members: $20<\/p>\n

Guests: $35<\/p>\n

To register with online payment (preferred):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Fill in the form below and Submit. (This will take you to the CORE Membership\/Fees Payment page).<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201c20ANV Member\u201d or “20ANV Guest” as applicable from the Dropdown menu under\u00a0CORE Annual Membership or Event Registration.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Select Add to Shopping Cart. (This will take you to the PayPal payment page.)<\/li>\n
  4. Check the amounts carefully to make sure you have selected the correct item and amount.<\/li>\n
  5. Proceed to make the appropriate payment through your PayPal account or credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To register without online payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Fill in the registration form as above and Submit.<\/li>\n
    2. Print the confirmation copy you will have received by email, and mail it to the CORE mailing address <\/a>or bring it to the October 29 meeting<\/li>\n
    3. Note that mailed forms take time to be received and processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You will receive a confirmation email, and a registration email will be sent to the CORE\u00a0Executive. The event organizer will follow-up with your ticket which you will need to bring with you to the affair<\/strong>. Event details and organizer contact info will be available on the CORE calendar.<\/p>\n
