Trail conditions excellent. For this hike we crossed over from Alberta into BC. Really good views of the mountain valleys on BC and Alberta side, as the new growth is still low, from the Kenow fire. Forum Lake surrounded by Akamina Ridge, with fossils and volcanic rocks around the lake. Larches on the upper side of the ridge. On way back we found the cutline for the BC/Alberta border.
