Started hike with 9 members. 2 Members joined us on the return trip, as they had only gone part way to the upper Rowe Lake. 4 members decided to hike around the lake. I had advised one of the members that the trail is no longer an official parks trail and probably overgrown. They had to bushwack to get around the lake. Also, advised they had to be back in 15 minutes, after 30 minutes they did not show. 2 members that joined my hike & I decided since there is 4 in the group, we could hike back down the trail.
