There were 8 participants, 6 members and 2 guests. One member brought his son & girlfriend. Flowers in meadow, getting late. No smoke in area. Lots of Columbia ground squirrels. Cool coming up last gondola, as only 8 degrees. Warmed up as the morning went along. After hike went to Trappers after for a cool drink, then had to wait for over an hour as gondola was down. Only one bus and 3 trucks taken people back down the hill. After 1 hr & 15min Sunshine started the gondola back up.
