7 members and 1 guest. Started hike at Baldy Pass Trail parking lot then down the backside of Baldy Pass onto Old Baldy Pass trail. Good season for trip, hardly any bugs, not crowded, few bikers, minor obstacle (one creek crossing higher than normal). Points of interest along trail - (old ford truck bed has been removed). Need to follow route as many trails intersperse. Need car shuttle between Barrier Lake Forestry Trails and Baldy Pass Trail parking lot. Completed the loop just prior to rain starting. Good timing.
Trail mostly dry. Except for a few sections of mud from previous days rains. Trail conditions good.
