Stopped at Lillian Lake had lunch for approx 1/2 hour before heading back. At start trail was firmly snow packed easy to walk on. As temperature neared zero degrees, snow on the trail became slushy and icy. Needed to wear micro spikes at this point. Otherwise conditions were good.
