Core was asked to speak about member benefits at a wellness fair for Altalink, a 600 person corporation, with a focus on mental & physical health. Core's goal was to increase membership amidst our declining membership and participation was approved at a special board meeting Aug 20 2024. Andy Gamp led a committee that included Stu Cox, Carolyn Anglin and Anne-Marie Baronet and others. Stu designed new Core banner and door prize (a free membership); Carolyn created a slide show presentation: Andy designed some bookmarks to distribute: Anne-Marie and Andy gave presentations during the fair to interested parties.
Amidst dozens of hours, about 200 emails were generated and about $250 were spent on this effort. Note: As of Oct 19 2024 the person that won the door prize has signed up. Will others follow?
