Cycle ride from Edgemont to Hidden Valley to Nose Creek to Bow River pathways.
This event required a car shuttle. Members to meet at Stu's home then drive down to Edworthy Park to leave some cars, before returning to Stu's to start the ride. However because of a function at Edworthy, there was no parking, but some people had already left to go there. An alternate location was arranged but that was also closed. Luckily everyone seemed to find the third option closer to Edworthy and got sorted out, but that delayed the bike ride by over one hour. Julia had a puncture when she arrived at Stu's and nothing could be done, so she had to go home, but the other 15 had a good ride, albeit one member fell and got a badly scraped knee. |
