Seasonal closure (to June 15) in effect for Wind Ridge and W.Wind valley, so we did a variation on the approach to the Ridge and veered off to Windy Point. Lunch spot there was a great view of the Bow Valley, Exshaw, Pigeon Mtn, etc. Views on the way up of Wind Tower, Rimwall and W. Wind Pass. Details varied with guidebooks and Parks website. 2 crossings of Wind Creek near the beginning, 1st via a bridge and 2nd with two options with flagging, one via a log bridge.
