Trail was in poor condition from 2013 floods.
Beaverdam Flats had significant flood damage from the 2013 floods and not yet repaired. so we were unable to do that part of the hike due to the trails and bridges being washed away. Carburn park also had flood damage but was in good condition now.
The official parking lot for this hike can be confusing so watch for the vertical sign that says "Beaverdam Flats - Park Here".
