The flood of 2013 changed the trail head a bit. Some of it is gone, replaced by rocks. Lots of dead fall as well, but it was passable. Climbing the hill there was some snow (not much) and trail was wet. Following the bluff to the water tower, the trail was wet and muddy in places.
