Unable to do Dyson Falls Trail because the bridge had been washed away in the severe June floods of 2013. The falls are very close to Indian Oils parking lot, along the river. If you look across the river, you will see the wide road that leads to Dyson Falls.
Instead, we hiked to Sheep Falls upstream of Indian Oils. Then we hiked back to Indian Oils and drove to the end of Hwy 546 (Bluerock), and hiked for another hour return on Sheep Trail. |
