Hike: Citadel Pass (E-M)
Considered one of the most scenic trips from Sunshine
Village, this is a great opportunity for viewing alpine flowers
as well as peaks in B.C. In fact, you'll hike into B.C. (and out again) after hiking fewer than 3 km.
Total distance is 18.6 km, & elevation gain is 343 m (loss, 183).
Supper after, anyone? Maybe the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. in Canmore or?
Please contact coordinators so that they know what bus
reservations need to be made ($22/passenger) for the ascent to the Sunshine meadows. Mtg. place is Edworthy Park, N. side of river, E. end of parking lot.
