Backcountry ski into Rockbound Lake (M/D) Rate: Moderate to Difficult<bR>Distance: 17 km return<bR>Elevation Gain: 760m<bR>Area: tucked behind Castle Mtn<bR>Meeting area: Van Gogh's parking lot at 8:00 am<bR>This is a steep climb right from the parking lot (skins will be a real asset), could be weary on the legs, but a rewarding/quick ski out. Be prepare for a full day. Snowshoer's are WELCOME.
