We missed the ttail we took last year but we did get to Marl Lake. On the way back we followed the old "lynx" ski trail then angled off toward Sparrow Egg and Rockwall Lakes and arrived back in the area of Pocatera Hut so walked up the road to reach vehicles at info center. THus longer than advertised but a good day was had by all.

SNOWSHOE: MARL LAKE (E): This trip is a flat off-trail trek from meadow to meadow as we make our way to Marl Lake. Start is the Peter Lougheed Visitor Ctr. in Kananaskis. Mtg. place is Edworthy Park parking, E end, near the jct. of Bowness Rd. & Shaganappi Tr.
