Plus 7 members of ski club in group. Lots of other hikers. Went to the end of the lake. Gorgeous fall day with sun and warmth.

HIKE: RAWSON LAKE (E-M): This beautiful green lake is accessed from the Upper Kananaskis Lake Trail. You leave the south shore section of Upper Lake trail at the second major creek crossing and head up the left-hand side of Rawson Creek through forest for lunch on the lakeshore. Return distance 9 km, elevation gain 320 m.<bR>Refreshments option post-hike: the Clubhouse at Kananaskis Golf Course has good food & a fine view. Mtg. place is Edworthy Park, N. side of river, E. end of parking lot.
