HELEN LAKE & DOLOMITE PASS: Helen Lake-Trail head is up Hwy 93 near the bottom end of Bow Lake. Hike is 18km with 419m of vertical and CORE rating of moderate. This is an in-out hike with great views. Meeting place is Mecca car pool parking lot, shoving off at 9am so please be there prior. Summer is definately over in the Rockies at elevation so have your pack equipped for all weather scenarios, especially cold temps.
