Mixed skies and even a drop of rain. 15C. Trail okay. Ankle deep stream crossings. Side trip to South Burstall Pass: no trail but easy access to more excellent views.

BURSTALL PASS - HIKE IS FULL: Burstall Pass hike. Moderate. 15 km round trip. 460 metres. Nice hike into a scenic pass with beautiful views and flowers. Option to hike over to South Burstall Pass, another couple of km's and few hundred metres elevation gain. Trail can be very wet at the Burstall Creek crossing. Meet at the CORE mecca lot on 16th and Stony Trail
