Group ALSO had 4 from ski club. Partly cloudy 12C. Trail okay with some snow. A good early or late season hike. Can also be done in winter--but too steep to ski. Original destination (Nihahi) changed due to road closure.

HIKE NIHAHI CREEK (E): This (casual/short) trail allows one to explore the gorge/canyon of the creek behind the ridge of the same name. Above the canyon the valley opens up, with two forks of the river available for exploration. Return distance about 10 km, elevation gain 240m. If circumstances permit, we can explore the upper valley for a bit.
