Great ending to the snowshoe season. It had it all. Great views from the lakeshore. Interesting and challenging off trail up a creek outflow. Bushwacking to find the illusive hidden lake, the goal of the trip. All had a good time and the trip was an unqualified success. Seasonal totals: 21 trips, 190 km., 7200 m. elevation gain.

SNOWSHOE TO TRYST LAKE (M): We'll climb 400 m (in 3 km) to the little lake backdropped by peaks such as The Fist & the S approach to Tent Ridge. Mtg. place is Edworthy Park, N side of the Bow River, E end of the parking lot.
