After packing lake, we snowshoed out into the Plain of Six Glaciers. A doog time had by all.
LAKE LOUISE LOPPET STOMP (E): Help prepare (i.e., pack) the snow on the lake for the annual Lake Louise Loppet, a XC ski race. Then we'll snowshoe a short, nearby trail such as the trail to Lake Agnes or Fairview Lookout to get a view of our work & the lake before heading for supper (optional). Mtg. place is Edworthy Park, N. side of river, E. end of parking lot.
