To register online for CORE special events or courses, you can use PayPal (or Credit Card) if there is a cost involved. PLEASE CONTACT THE EVENT ORGANIZER BEFORE REGISTERING TO ENSURE AVAILABLE SPACE.

Important Instructions:

To register without online payment:

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. Print this page using your Browser Print option.
  3. Select the Submit button below, but don’t proceed with Shopping Cart option that follows.
  4. Deliver the form with applicable fees to the training event organizer prior to the registration deadline. 

To register with online payment:

  1. Fill in the form below and Submit. (This will take you to the CORE Membership/Fees Payment page).
  2. Select “Event Fee” from the Dropdown menu under CORE Annual Membership or Event Registration.
  3. Select Add to Shopping Cart. (This will take you to the PayPal payment page.)
  4. Check the amounts carefully to make sure you have selected the correct item and amount.
  5. Proceed to make the appropriate payment through your PayPal account or credit card.

In both cases, you will receive a confirmation email, and a registration email will be sent to the CORE Executive. The event organizer will follow-up with any additional instructions. Event details and organizer contact info will be available on the CORE calendar.
